A to Z 4U Returns and Refunds Overview:
A transaction is refunded to the original method of payment upon receipt of the returned product.
Some payments take up to ten business days to show up in the completed return/refund process... (this is mostly due to slow return shipping).
If the product was defective, or not as described:
the return postage will be paid by A to Z 4U Store.
If the same method of payment is not available at time of a refund, we can use a different method: exchange the item for another item(s) of equal value, receive a credit balance, or you can choose to be paid by check.
Please try to return the item in the same condition you received it in, and include the invoice that was sent with it.
