A to Z 4U Shipping and Delivery Overview:

Shipping charges start around $3.54 to $7.99 for an order under one pound. Rates are calculated by distance of route. Packages are mailed by the U.S.P.S. Orders that are $19.99 or more get free shipping. 

We only ship within the United States.

You can check on the status of an order by checking your orders history,

check the tracking information for the latest scan of your package in transit. 

If your order does not arrive at the expected delivery date... please contact us to look into the situation. If the tracking says it was delivered, but you did not get it... we will try to track it down with the post office's help. In the meantime you can:

• Check to see if the shipping address was correct.
• Try to locate a notice of attempted delivery.
• Examine the delivery area for the misplaced package.
• Tell your family and neighbors you are looking for your lost mail, and see if they have gotten it by mistake. 
• Ask your mail person if they remember delivering it.
• Ask you local post office to look for your order with the tracking number.
• Sometimes packages show delivered up to 48 hours before they are delivered.

If the package can not be found within two business days, you can request another package be mailed, or receive a refund.
